Detailed information on each item (image, material, size, etc.) can be accessed by clicking on its thumbnail.
Add the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart by clicking the “ADD TO CART” button. Proceed to checkout by clicking the “CART” button located at the upper right corner of the screen. If you wish to continue shopping click “KEEP SHOPPING”.
Fill in all required fields such as delivery/shipping destination, delivery/shipping method, and payment method.

After you have placed your order, we will send a confirmation e-mail to the address you have used to register with us.
The confirmation e-mail will generally be sent by the next business day. If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us at – BUSHIZO Customer Support.


You can choose your payment method from the following options: Credit Card.

We accept JCB, Visa, Master Card, Diner’s Club and American Express. You can choose between a one time payment or multiple installments.

DELIVERY FEE【Home delivery service (EMS) 】
Region-based shipping fees not applicable to orders 50000 yen and above. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if you notice yourself being charged on orders over 50000 yen (not applicable to Africa and South America)
  • Asia: 3500 yen (under 20000 yen), 5500 yen (over 20000 yen)
  • North America/Australia/Middle East/Central America: 4500 (under 20000 yen), 7300 yen (over 20000 yen)
  • Europe: 5500 yen (under 20000 yen), 8500 yen (over 20000 yen)
  • Africa/South America: 6500 yen (under 20000 yen), 11000 yen (over 20000 yen)

・Orders placed on a Sunday or a Japanese national holidays will be sent out the following business day.

【Items Out of Stock】
In rare cases, some items may become out of stock while an order is being placed. We will contact you to cancel your order.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

【Personal Dissatisfaction】
Generally, returns and exchanges are limited to defected items or items damages during the shipping proccess.
※Return policies differ across brands. Some brands don’t accept returns or exchanges on items that vary individually (distressed effect, print designs etc.)
※The color of our image may differ slightly from the actual product.

We hold no responsibility for the color of our images. For more detailed product information, please contact us prior to purchase.

【Defected Items / Items Damaged During Shipping】
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package for return or exchange.
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

・Within 7 days of receiving your purchased items (Defective products may be subject to each manufacturer’s individual policies, which will be indicated where applicable)
・Unused, unwashed, and otherwise unworn
・All the original attachments, such as delivery note, tags, etc. must be attached (NOTE: Missing tags will not be eligible   for return or exchange)
・No major changes in the merchandise and packaging since its arrival.
・No discounted items
・No embroidery on the product

We recommend checking your merchandise for defects immediately after it has arrived.
Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted a week beyond its arrival.
After the 8th day, we may accept returns on items that have been kept in the same condition since its arrival(no exchanges accepted), delivery fees will be charged.

Receipts and Detailed Purchase Statements
To protect your personal information and the environment, we do not issue receipts or detailed purchase statements unless instructed to.
If you would like a receipt or a detailed purchase statement, we will accept requests on an individual basis. Please place your request in the "remarks" column on your next order.
If you would like a receipt, please provide information about the person receiving it and its purpose.
If these instructions are absent, we will put the name of the person who ordered from BUSHIZO on the receipt and "payment for goods" as the purpose.
※ The amount written on the receipt will be the actual amount paid (in the case of a sale, it will be the amount after the discount).
※ In case of a cash payment on delivery, the payment slip issued by the delivery company will be on the receipt and we will not issue an additional one.
※ We will not issue a receipt if the date, amount, name of the person, and purpose are left blank. Also, we will not issue a receipt if "Customer" was put in the name section.
Overseas Customers’ Guide

PAYMENT OPTIONS (For Overseas Shipping)
You can choose your payment method from the following options: Credit Card (Visa / Master Card), PayPal (※Coming soon)

Return Policy 
If you have received a defective product or if the product you ordered is different from the ones that you received, we will accept both returns and exchanges unless the product has been used.

After checking for defects, we will reach out to you by email.
We do not accept returns under the following conditions;
1) The product has been in your possession for over 7 days after its arrival.
2) Products that have been used or washed.
3) Products without the accompanying statement of delivery or tags.
4) Products which have been soiled or damaged under your possession.
5) Underwear and other similar items for sanitary reasons.
6) When the condition of the product differs greatly from the condition upon its arrival.
(including boxes and any other accessories) We require all return shipments to be made via EMS (International Express Mail Service).
Please note that we cannot refund your shipping costs if you return your item by any delivery company other than EMS (International Express Mail Service).

The following details pertain to the amount which will be refunded:
① Original shipping cost
② Handling fees
③ Cost of returned item(s)
④ Return shipment costs
*You will need to pay the shipment cost when returning your product, but we will refund the amount together with the cost of returned items.
Custom duties incurred when the product was initially received will not be refunded.
*We are not responsible for the difference in currency exchange rates between the date of purchase and the refund date.
*When several items were purchased in one order and you are returning a part of it, the amount equivalent to ① and ② will not be refunded.
*Please note that we cannot accept any returns if you do not contact our customer support center within the limited period specified above.


If you find a “PRE-ORDER THIS ITEM” button instead of  an“ADD TO CART” button on an item's page, note the followings :

1. The delivery time and specifications ( design, materials etc.) of the item are subject to change. There is a chance that the production for said product will be halted for various reasons. We will inform you through e-mail immediately if that happens.
2. Delivery time for these items may vary. You cannot add them to your shopping cart with normal items nor specify a desired delivery time.
3. Generally, cancellations are not accepted
4. We will inform you once we have the items available.


If you have selected an item which will be in stock, a “Receive E-mail Once Stock Available?” screen will appear after clicking you click the“ADD TO CART” button.
Input your e-mail address so that we can inform you we have restocked.
